These modalities side by side support our surrendering to the wisdom of the body, and therefore to the wisdom of our Soul.

What is so Great about these Programs?

Esoteric Yoga is the Yoga of Stillness. It supports us to become familiar with the quality of stillness that is naturally in our body. 

The nature of connective tissue is delicate, fluid, adaptable and strong and the energetic pulse moving through the connective tissue has the vibrational quality of joy.

 

In these programs we build on connecting to and feeling the vibration of stillness, harmony and joy and bringing these delicate qualities into our movements. The quality of our movements can assist in easing deep old tensions held in the body that we have come to accept as normal.  The combination of Esoteric Yoga and Connective Tissue Movements can help us to bring a quality into our movements that supports the release of tensions held in all parts of our body.  With more awareness of the body and the energies moving our body, we can begin to understand the connection between the quality of our movements and our well-being. 

We are responsible for our own health and well being. Participating in these programs can help you to take responsibility for your own body and bring a quality in to your movements that will harmonise you and your body with your life.
